Watlow, a designer and manufacturer of complete thermal systems, announced that Jim Rowland joined the company as vice president, Operations.
Rowland comes to Watlow with more than 20 years of professional experience in manufacturing, human resources and Lean transformation consulting. He will shape and develop operational strategy throughout the organization including advising on strategic business developments and key enterprise planning issues that impact Watlow’s operations, while ensuring results through the Watlow Business System.
Rowland has a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Xavier University.
