Messinger Bearings, a Kingsbury Inc. brand, welcomed Walt Kusnier to the company effective Jan. 23, 2012. Kusnier has more than 35 years of expertise in the rolling element bearing industry, and is an alumnus of the Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Mich., where he received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and an associate’s degree in Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.
A registered professional engineer, Kusnier has dedicated his entire engineering career to the bearing industry.
His accomplishments in large slewing bearing design, coupled with his experience in establishing field service and bearing reliability maintenance programs for customers in heavy industry, mean he is well-prepared for his new role as senior technical specialist – Heavy Industry.
