Pump Solutions Group, a business unit of Dover Corp., announced the acquisition of Quattroflow Fluid System GmbH & Co. KG in Germany.
Quattroflow’s positive displacement pumps incorporate a 4 piston-diaphragm technology with no mechanical seals that is driven by an eccentric shaft and motor. Quattroflow products primarily serve the pharmaceutical and biotech industries that require high containment, purity and cleanability. This innovative pump technology can be found in multiple or single use applications such as cross-flow systems, chromatography devices and centrifuges. Quattroflow products are known for transferring shear sensitive media of aqueous solutions and biological products, such as blood by-products to vaccines without damage, ultimately ensuring product safety, efficiency and reliability.
